French Toast

Ingredients: 2 Eggs 1 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Plain Flour 8 Slices of bread (approx)
Whisk eggs, milk and flour together. Heat frying pan with a little butter to medium/high heat. Dip bread in mixture coating both sides and place in pan. Flip after 30 seconds or before it goes black! Remove after further 20 - 30 seconds. Serve with icing sugar, syrup, jam....Whatever takes your fancy!
