corned beef hotpot

Approx. 8 Potatoes 1 Tin Corned Beef 6 Carrots 2 Onions 2/3 Oxo Cubes 3/4 Pint Water
Cut the Potatoes into big(ish) cubes Peel and slice the Carrots into rings Slice the Onions (roughly slice, don't dice) Sprinkle Oxo Cubes over the Meat and Veg Add some Water (approx. 3/4 pint) Season with Salt and Pepper Cover and bring to the boil Simmer for approx. 20-40 minutes, depending on consistency and until potatoes are cooked
I didnt have any beef oxo last time so I used 3 tsps of beef oxo gravy granules and it tasted fab
